(Keri) brings a sensitive eye to documentary

"As a journalist – I have dealt
with thousands of public relations people the only who
I would trust to represent me is Keri Douglas.”
Best-selling author – Fawn Germer
"Keri Douglas' commitment and passion to every project
and issue she takes
on is extraordinary and inspiring. She has a great knack
for matching the
right partners and creating awareness in every level of
media."
Miles Roston, filmmaker

I especially appreciated your most valuable efforts
in the field of public relations and communication. With
endless dedication you devote yourself to make Switzerland
a better known and better appreciated country in the
United States of America. Furthermore your profound knowledge
of the American administration is of great help to myself
and
my colleagues.
Alfred Defago, former Ambassador of Switzerland to the United States

" Ms. Douglas is an accomplished and dedicated
change agent for issues concerning injustices who approaches
problems in a systematic manner. She is results oriented,
and has consistently proven her ability to effect change
by evaluating issues of injustice from all angles,
creating a strategy for dialogue and then building strong
enduring multinational partnerships. Through these partnerships
new business opportunities flourish and policy changes
occurs. One example of her work was the US-Swiss Women
Leaders exchange program created in 2000 - which to
this day - continues to deliver successful bilateral
results that further enhance and strengthen Swiss American
relations."
Dr. Lenora Cole, Ph. D., former
Director of the Women's Bureau,
US Department of Labor, Board Member, Institute
for Women's Policy Research
Board Member, District of Columbia Board of Elections and
Ethics
In January 2004 Keri Douglas was asked to join a
delegation hosted by AIDS Responsibility Project to South
America. The focus of the trip was on people living with
AIDS and the barriers they confronted. Ms. Douglas led
the delegation’s
efforts to study the needs of orphans. She led the team
to an orphanage in Sao Paulo, Brazil. Following the visit,
Keri synthesized the lessons learned and sought new ways
to mobilize more people to join the fight for people living
with AIDS and their families. She implemented a plan to
bring together a variety of crucial communities to raise
awareness."
Keri Douglas' motto - "Everyone has a role to play
to end this global social crisis."- is clearly evident
in her creation of the Sweet Charity for AIDS Orphans awareness
campaign.
Keri gained the support of leaders in the US Congress
- Senator Warner, Rep. Leach and Rep. Houghton, which was
especially significant as Keri knows very well that orphaned
children whether due to a health crisis or even war immediately
present a humanitarian, economic and security threat to
every community around the world and ultimately impacts
US foreign policy. Keri raised the level of concern for
orphans to a higher level in the US Congress.
Under Keri's leadership, corporate sponsors including
a leading international gourmet food company, celebrity
DC chefs, financial businesses, a leading public relations
firm along with film makers, journalists and hundreds of
supporters from the DC community - the campaign raised
awareness and thousands of dollars for orphans and vulnerable
children.
